Terms
What you can do. Browse, like, download, and submit photographs.
What you can't. Impersonate others, submit work that isn't yours, use the site to harass or harm anyone, or try to bypass curation.
Your submissions stay yours. By submitting, you grant nerdvignette a non-exclusive, revocable license to display your work on this site only. We won't sell it, train models on it, or republish elsewhere.
Editorial discretion. This is a curated site, not a platform. We may decline submissions, remove published work, or close accounts. We try to explain why when we do.
No guarantees. We don't promise uptime, perpetuity, or reach. The site is run by hand and could disappear if circumstances change.
Privacy
What we collect. Your email (for sign-in), your name (for attribution), photos you upload, and basic anonymous analytics.
What we don't. Location data, device fingerprints, cross-site behavior, or anything we'd consider selling.
Where it lives. On Cloudflare's infrastructure across the globe. Photos in R2 storage, account info in D1.
Third parties. Cloudflare (hosting, email), and OAuth providers if you sign in via GitHub or Google. None get more than they need.
How to delete it. Settings → Delete account. Everything's removed within 30 days.
